Raw Rituale Post Treatment Instructions
You just treated your skin (or body!) to something powerful — and your results are officially in progress.
To keep things moving in the right direction, your post-care routine is just as important as what we did in the treatment room. Following it helps minimize downtime, avoid irritation, and get you glowing (or lifted, smoothed, snatched...) as beautifully as possible.
Stock up on the recommended goodies, stay consistent, and trust the process. Healing is part of the magic — enjoy every phase of the journey. 🦋
Acne Peel Post-Care
You’re on your way to clear, happy skin — here’s how to love it while it heals.
Right after treatment:
Your peel needs some alone time — don’t rinse for at least 4 hours (unless we did it for you in-studio).
Evening appointment? Feel free to sleep in it — beauty rest meets skin reset.
Skip makeup (if possible) for the next 24 hours and let your skin breathe.
Tonight:
Gently cleanse and apply moisturizer. Skip all serums, acne meds, and anything labeled “active.”
Hydration only — think of this as your skin’s spa night-in.
Tomorrow:
Cleanse gently, hydrate, and wear a mineral SPF. You’re officially cleared for light makeup — if you want it.
At night, you can start easing back into your usual routine (mandelic, actives, etc.) unless otherwise instructed.
Next few days (Days 2–3):
No sweat — literally. Working out, hot tubs, and saunas are a no-go for now.
Your skin might flake — this is good! Don’t pick. Don’t help. Just hydrate and let the magic happen.
Glow Tip:
For best results, we recommend acne peels every 2 weeks until your skin is in the clear zone. We’ll keep adjusting your home routine to match your progress.
AdvaTX Post-Care
Your skin’s about to look amazing — let’s make sure it gets there smoothly.
Right After Your Appointment
You might feel a little tight, toasty, or sensitive — totally normal. Think “sun-kissed,” but not in the vacation way. You might notice that brown spots look darker or breakouts already look calmer by 25-40% (yay!).
Skip the gym, sauna, steam, and sweat for 24 hours. No cardio glow — your face needs to chill.
Stay away from hot showers or anything steamy. Keep things cool and cozy.
No picking, scratching, or exfoliating — let your skin do its thing.
That Night
Use your gentle cleanser and a hydrating moisturizer — and nothing more. This is not the night to go wild with serums or scrubs.
Brown spots darkening? Good sign! That’s them making their exit plan.
Days 1–3
You can go back to your regular routine if your skin isn’t feeling irritated. Still, take it slow with exfoliants like AHAs, BHAs, or retinol.
If your skin starts getting red or sensitive, pause the actives and baby it with hydration.
Stay out of direct sunlight and layer on your SPF 30+ like your glow depends on it (because it kinda does).
Quick PSA: If you’re prone to cold sores…
Let your provider know ahead of time. A short course of antiviral meds (like Valtrex) can help prevent any surprise visitors on your lips. Best results if taken 5 days before and after treatment.
Days 4–7
Pigment will start fading, skin texture will look smoother, and things will just… start to feel fresh.
Keep up the SPF, hydration, and gentle skincare.
If you're not seeing crusts or flaking, that’s okay too — not every face does.
Keep That Glow (we mean… health!) Going
Best results come in a series: typically 4–6 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart.
We’ll personalize your plan so you’re always moving toward your skin goals — whether that’s brightening, tightening, clearing, or a little bit of everything
Body Sculpt Post-Care
Sculpted, snatched, and smoother — your body’s working behind the scenes, so help it out.
Immediately after:
Treated areas may feel warm or look red for a few hours.
Drink tons of water — hydration helps flush out fat cells.
Lymphatic drainage massage or an infrared sauna can help the fat removal process.
Days 2–5:
You might feel a deep warmth, itchiness, or mild tenderness. All normal and super rare if you feel anything at all.
If we treated several zones, symptoms might last a bit longer.
Gentle massage (especially lymphatic) speeds up your results and reduces side effects.
Ongoing care:
A series of 3–6 sessions, spaced 3–4 weeks apart (or 4–6 weeks if treating multiple areas), gives the best results.
Maintenance depends on your lifestyle, diet, and skin.
Fat reduction: every 3–6 months
Cellulite: every 6–8 months
Skin laxity: every 3 months
Chemical Peel Post-Care
Smooth skin ahead! But first: hydrate, protect, and do not pick.
Immediately after:
Expect a sunburny feeling — a little warm, a little tight. Totally normal.
No gym, no steam, no sauna for 48 hours. And yes, that includes hot yoga.
Sleep elevated on your back to help reduce any puffiness.
SPF 30+ every day (no skipping — your new skin is delicate!).
Day 2–5:
Cleanse gently, keep skin moisturized, and apply SPF during the day.
Flaky skin may show up around day 3 — that’s your old layer saying goodbye.
No scrubbing or exfoliating. Moisture is your best friend right now.
Day 5–7:
Once your skin stops flaking and feels calm, you can bring your regular products back into the mix.
Still be gentle — you’re in the final stretch.
Bonus Boost:
Dermaplaning 7–10 days after your peel helps whisk away leftover dryness and pigment. Repeat peels every 4–6 weeks (we usually suggest 3–5 to start).
IPL Post-Care
Sun spots and redness are on their way out — and your glow is on the rise.
Immediately after:
Expect a mild sunburn feel and maybe some puffiness.
No gym, no steam, no sun for 48 hours.
Sleep propped up to reduce swelling and wear SPF 30+ daily (no exceptions).
Days 2–4:
Cleanse with cool water, moisturize, and keep applying SPF during the day.
Brown spots may darken before they flake — this is the pigment breaking down.
Don’t pick! Your skin knows what it’s doing.
Day 4–7:
Once flaking has finished and your skin feels calm, you can restart your usual skincare.
Makeup is okay after 24 hours — just use a clean brush.
For Best Results:
We typically recommend 3–5 IPL sessions spaced 3–6 weeks apart.
Want to speed up results? Add a dermaplane 7–10 days after to gently lift any remaining dry skin and pigment.
Microneedling Post-Care
Tiny needles, big results — let’s make the most of your healing window.
Immediately after:
Your skin might feel warm and pink — like a sunburn, but with benefits.
Skip the gym, hot showers, and makeup for 24 hours. Give your skin time to breathe.
That night:
Do not rinse.
No serums or actives. Just hydrate and chill.
Sleep on your back with your head elevated.
Days 2–5:
Use a gentle cleanser, hydrating moisturizer, and SPF (only during the day).
Light flaking may begin — this is the renewal process, not dryness.
Day 5–7:
If your skin feels normal (no flakes, no irritation), you can ease back into your full routine.
Expect to see ongoing improvement over the next few weeks as collagen production kicks in.
Treatment Tip:
Microneedling is best done in a series of 3–5 treatments, spaced every 4–6 weeks depending on your skin goals. Let’s plan ahead!
Plasma Pen Post-Care
It’s dot season — and those tiny scabs are signs of serious tightening magic.
Immediately after:
You may feel warm, tight, or swollen — think spicy, not scary.
Avoid anti-inflammatories like Advil, and opt for vitamin C supplements instead to help your skin repair.
No makeup, no workouts, and no sweating for 48 hours.
Sleep on your back, slightly elevated. Don’t touch those dots!
Tonight:
Gently pat your healing product onto the area (no rubbing or scrubbing).
If there’s any weeping, dab gently with sterile water and a cotton pad.
Days 2–7:
Tiny carbon crusts (or scabs) will form and flake off on their own.
Cleanse gently once a day with lukewarm water — just a soft pat, no pressure.
Avoid showers directly hitting the face.
SPF 50+ is non-negotiable — every day, even indoors.
Days 7+:
Once all scabs have naturally flaked off, makeup is allowed.
Wait one more week before using exfoliants like glycolic acid.
Full results develop over 8–12 weeks — you’ll tighten more each day!
Tixel Post-Care
You just turned up the heat — now it’s time to cool down and glow up.
Immediately after:
Expect a little “sunburn” feel — pink, warm, maybe tight. Totally normal. We promise it will feel like so much better in just 2 hours!
No workouts, saunas, or anything sweaty for 72 hours. Chill is the vibe.
Makeup? Not today. Let your skin reset for at least 24 hours.
Tonight:
Apply your soothing post-care products
Sleep on your back with your head elevated to reduce puffiness.
Hydration is key — drink water and keep your skin moisturized.
Days 2–5:
Gentle cleanse, moisturize, and SPF. Your skin may feel dry and show little “bronzed” micro spots — these are part of the process.
No picking, rubbing, or exfoliating. Let it flake on its own schedule.
Days 5–10:
Pigment softens, and your skin starts to look smoother and brighter.
Once things feel calm again, you can ease back into your regular routine.
Expect to see ongoing improvement over the next few weeks as collagen production kicks in.
For Best Results:
We recommend a series based on your treatment intensity:
Low/Mid settings: every 3–6 weeks (3–6 sessions)
High settings: every 6–8 weeks (2–3 sessions
Maintenance: 2x a year
