Face Reality Acne Peel
Pre-Care:
Discontinue retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, AHA/BHA exfoliants, scrubs, and any exfoliating toners/serums for 5–7 days prior.
Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks before treatment.
No waxing or hair removal on the face for 7 days.
Pause other facial treatments (microneedling, IPL, laser, Tixel, chemical peels) for 2–4 weeks before.
Avoid steam rooms, hot yoga, saunas, or heavy workouts for 24–48 hours before your peel.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.
Post-Care:
Mild redness, tightness, or dryness is normal for 1–3 days.
Do not wash your face for 8–12 hours post-peel.
Avoid touching, picking, or rubbing the skin.
No makeup for 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid sweating, workouts, saunas, and hot yoga for 48 hours.
Use only gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen for 3–5 days.

AdvaTX
Pre-Care:
Avoid retinol, acids, exfoliants, and harsh actives for 3–5 days before.
No sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks prior.
Avoid self-tanner for 1 week.
Arrive with clean, product-free skin.
Notify your provider of any active breakouts, infections, or recent antibiotics.
Post-Care:
Redness may last a few hours to a day — this is normal.
Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids, vitamin C) for 48–72 hours.
Keep skin hydrated and use gentle products only.
No hot yoga, steam rooms, or saunas for 24–48 hours.
Avoid direct sun for 1 week and wear SPF daily.
Makeup can be applied the next day if the skin isn’t irritated.
Body Sculpt
Pre-Care:
Hydrate well — drink plenty of water the day before and day of treatment.
Avoid applying lotions/oils to the treatment area the day of.
Avoid heavy meals or alcohol right before your appointment.
Do not get other body contouring or heat-based treatments in the area for 2 weeks.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Post-Care:
Mild warmth or redness is normal for a few hours.
Drink plenty of water for 24–48 hours to support lymphatic drainage.
Light activity (like walking) is encouraged.
Avoid alcohol and heavy meals after treatment.
Avoid heat exposure (sauna, hot tub) for 24 hours.
You may resume normal skincare and activities the same day.
Chemical Peels
Pre-Care:
Discontinue retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, exfoliants, and benzoyl peroxide for 5–7 days.
Avoid waxing or threading for 7 days before.
No sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks.
Avoid other procedures (microneedling, IPL, laser, Tixel) for 2–4 weeks prior.
Come with clean, makeup-free skin.
If prone to cold sores, notify us prior to your appointment.
Post-Care:
Skin may feel tight or dry for the first few days.
Peeling typically begins around day 3–5 — let it shed naturally.
Do not pick, peel, or pull at flaking skin.
Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, acids, vitamin C, and scrubs for 10–14 days.
No heat, workouts, or sweating for 48 hours.
Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks and wear SPF daily.
Use gentle cleansers + a hydrating moisturizer until fully healed.
IPL Photo Facial
Pre-Care:
Zero sun exposure or tanning for 2–4 weeks prior.
Stop retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliants for 5–7 days before.
No self-tanner for 1 week.
Avoid antibiotics for 10–14 days prior (photosensitivity).
Come with clean, makeup-free skin.
Pause other energy treatments (laser, Tixel, microneedling) for 2–4 weeks.
If prone to pigmentation changes, let your provider know.
Post-Care:
Redness and warmth are normal for 2–24 hours.
Pigmented spots will darken over the next 3–7 days before flaking off naturally.
Do not pick or scrub the darkened areas.

Pre-Care:
Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment.
Do NOT wax, tweeze, thread, or use depilatory creams for 4 weeks prior (hair root must be present).
No sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks prior.
Avoid self-tanner for 1 week before.
Skip retinoids, acids, and exfoliants on the treatment area for 3–5 days.
Arrive with clean, lotion-free skin.
Let us know if you’ve recently started antibiotics or Accutane.
Post-Care:
Redness, bumps, and warmth are normal for 24–48 hours.
Apply a cool compress if needed.
Avoid sun exposure for 1–2 weeks and use SPF on exposed areas.
No hot showers, workouts, saunas, or heat for 24 hours.
Do not wax, tweeze, or thread between sessions — shaving only.
Exfoliate gently starting 5–7 days after treatment to reduce ingrowns.
Microneedling
Pre-Care:

Avoid sweating, heat, saunas, and heavy workouts for 5–7 days.

Tixel
Pre-Care:
Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, AHA/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, and prescription topicals for 5–7 days before treatment.
No tanning beds or sun exposure for 2 weeks prior.
Avoid self-tanner for 1 week before.
Pause any aggressive treatments (peels, microneedling, IPL, laser) for at least 2–4 weeks before.
Come to your appointment with clean skin—no makeup, lotion, or SPF.
If you’re prone to cold sores, notify your provider in advance.
Post-Care:
Expect redness, heat, and swelling for 1–3 days — this is normal.
Avoid touching, picking, or rubbing the skin.
No makeup for 48–72 hours.

Botox / Dysport

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners (ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) unless prescribed.
• Skip intense workouts and sauna/steam rooms.
• Avoid facials, peels, laser, or waxing on the treatment area for 3–5 days.
• Eat beforehand to avoid lightheadedness.
• If you bruise easily, Arnica tablets may help (optional).
Post-Care (First 24 Hours)
• Stay upright for 4 hours — no lying down or bending deeply.
• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area.
• No workouts, hot yoga, sweating, sauna, or steam.
• Avoid alcohol and blood thinners.
• Skip hats or headbands that press on the forehead.
Post-Care (24 Hours – 2 Weeks)
• Avoid facials, massages, or skin treatments that press or manipulate the face.
• Mild bumps or redness are normal and fade within hours.
• Full results appear at 10–14 days.
• You may schedule a refinement appointment at 2 weeks if needed.
Filler
Pre-Care (3–7 Days Before)
• Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements/medications (ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, garlic, vitamin E) unless prescribed.
• Stop retinol, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliants 48 hours prior.
• Avoid dental work 2 weeks before and after filler.
• Hydrate well — hydrated skin responds better.
• If prone to cold sores, request an antiviral prescription.
Post-Care (First 24–48 Hours)
• Expect swelling, tenderness, and small lumps — this is normal.
• Use ice packs gently for 10-minute intervals.
• Avoid touching, massaging, or applying pressure.
• No workouts, sauna, steam, hot yoga, or excessive heat.
• Avoid alcohol and salty foods (they worsen swelling).
• Keep the area clean — skip makeup for 24 hours.
Post-Care (First 2 Weeks)
• Swelling, asymmetry, and firmness soften over 7–14 days.
• Avoid dental work, dental cleanings, or masks that press on the face.
• Avoid facials, massagers, gua sha, and facial devices.
• Sleep on your back and elevate your head to reduce swelling.
• Bruising may appear on day 2–3 — Arnica can help.
• Contact your provider immediately if you notice severe pain, mottled skin, blanching, or vision changes (rare vascular signs).
